Good morning sort of. I seem to have come down with Covid. Test isn't available until Thursday, but since everyone around me got it, I assume that's it. Fully boosted since early September, practiced masking and social distancing, but just not enough, it seems, when everyone else isn't.
@TheresaVermont hope you have a very speedy recovery. Same happened to me a couple of months back. My doc said that the latest strain seemed more easily transmissible but with somewhat diminished symptoms. I sure hope that this passes quickly for you!
@TheresaVermont @Siriusfarm if you can get Paxlovid, it will shorten the length of illness. Not everyone can take that antiviral because of some underlying medical issues. Rest, fluids and tylenol for pain.
@JPSCHWEIZER63 @Siriusfarm I would be very hesitant to take Paxlovid due to possible kidney issues.
