Any of my #baking people have a good wheat flour that they recommend. I've been having good luck with some TAM 105 from Barton Springs Mill in Texas but interested in trying others. I've used King Arthur whole wheat and that is my only comparison so far.
@West_Coast_Feeling oh thanks! I have seen that in the grocery store near me but haven't given it a try yet. It seems like they carry it only in very small bags. If it turns out nicely I can order larger quantities. Thanks again
