Any of my people have a good wheat flour that they recommend. I've been having good luck with some TAM 105 from Barton Springs Mill in Texas but interested in trying others. I've used King Arthur whole wheat and that is my only comparison so far.

@Siriusfarm I use the WW flour from our local bagel maker because they grind their own flour. Here's their page about that: thebagelmill.com/about Hopefully they can mail to you. You might have to call and ask if they'll mail to you.

@Siriusfarm I use Bob’s Red Mill products. It’s local for me, but it’s gotten more popular over the years and can be found in other states. bobsredmill.com

@West_Coast_Feeling oh thanks! I have seen that in the grocery store near me but haven't given it a try yet. It seems like they carry it only in very small bags. If it turns out nicely I can order larger quantities. Thanks again
