this was a comment made on linkedin on a post re ageism.

don't get me wrong. ageism absolutely exists in the workplace.

but this white dude, w/o a hint of self awareness or reflection comes out w/ this response. ignoring the fact that the men he's touting may use sexist, racist, or homophobic language, may have trouble working for a female boss, or straight up sexually harass women. his quotes around reproductive rights, said it all to me. i know what kind of man he is. it ain't his age.
