So a month ago or so now i had a mental break that shook my world. finally i guess. for the past half three weeks ive slowly been working on bettering myself. mostly got off pop, started going to the gym near me. today im tired as all hell but wanted to kinda celebrate. first image is after work. then on a treadmill and bike. did a few other things while at the gym. last is when i finally got home.
