I just had a memory of sitting in a giant room waiting my half hour after my first Covid vaccine injection and looking up and seeing this-
I'm still confused.
I doubt it.
The building is very old.
@Shelter Maybe it's a weird storage space?
@Shelter They don't want the Solo cups to escape again.
@Shelter @coolserenity that was explained to me as a way to bring supplies to a second story via a fork lift… not sure if that’s the case here though.
@Shelter @coolserenity I mean it’s just a possibility. I kinda prefer to think that’s how they see out poorly behaved clients.
@Coffee_and_Salt @coolserenity
Government building... 🤔
@Shelter @coolserenity oh well that there cleared up a lot for me.
@Coffee_and_Salt @coolserenity
Heeeeeeeeee
@Shelter My guess - the door slips open if the nearby wall vibrates too hard, and without a net it would swing open and slam into the wall, annoying everybody and also making them have to bring the door back in.
Why can't they just bar the door from the other side? Another guess: fire codes which must be enforced no matter how nonsensical the scenario
@Shelter I've often seen doors in places none should exist and thought WTF?
It's like, ahhh. There's that glitch in The Matrix...
@Shelter
First step out of that door is a doozy lol... hopefully they added a structure by now.
