As I start out here, I just wanted to let people know that yes, I do have a GFM I *believe* I properly put on my profile. Not sure. Just made this account. It's for a new furnace that I got rejected for my state emergency relief application. So I have to pay out of pocket and don't have it so that's that. Good news though (for those of you here who aren't following me under the same name on Twitter), I DID get a new water heater through a program so yay!

Trying to raise the funds to get a new furnace as ours doesn't work. We live in Michigan. I tried several different outlets including State emergency relief and got denied from all of them. Even though I'm paying about $3,000 in basic bills a month, they only take a small portion of my rent and 50% of gas/electric and count absolutely nothing else and therefore claim that I can afford this when I can't. As a last resort I opened a GoFundMe to try to get this replaced

I stand for #cancelstudentdebt in the short term. But we need a long-term solution. Further education should be affordable. Obviously higher League or private institutions will cost more but people shouldn't be in debt for the rest of their life trying to get a better education.
