I donβt mind the cold, but the dark at 4:30pm is dreadful.

@yogapaddlerun Preach. Seasonal depression is real and it's because the damn sun is gone by 4:30pm!
I look it this was though, winter equinox comes in a month, shortest day of year, with each day after we claw back a few minutes of daylight.
Unless we're under a endless blanket of grey clouds for months...
