I am tired of trying to see something in Republicans and Conservatives that I can identify with. Some commonality, any commonality.
Can't, with people that have given up their humanity.
@SentinelOfTruth Dehumanizing other humans is a very easy trick to pull, or trap to fall into.
And it's typically used as a tool by the enemy, to tear people down, dehumanize, de-person-ize others, so that travesty and brutality can be excused.
So be careful with that. I know it's unintuitive, but you can't solve humanity's problems by pretending they belong to someone else.
@SentinelOfTruth Oh no. Y'all humans are not pretending Trump, the Republicans, or whoever of you is acting badly lately isn't one of you. This is your problem.
There's commonality. It's just the parts of them that they feed are the parts that we go "yuck" and are repelled by when we encounter them within ourselves.
