@Selcoeurl @Paul13 I love slow roasted beets with a little olive oil and rosemary. Really, any root vegetable slow roasted makes my taste buds do a happy dance.

@Selcoeurl @Paul13 my wife eats them with Mayo. I use coconut oil, it makes it easier to slide them into the trash. Works with kale too.
