@JailTheTrumps Dennis Hastert maybe. He was Speaker of the House. But reading through just that list it seems like a lot of pardons, commuted sentences, and slap-on-the-wrist fines for what I'd think were pretty serious offenses.

@JailTheTrumps Also, I do count more Rs on that list than Ds. Especially in more recent years.
