It’s hovering around 30% CPU usage, with nothing but the task manager open…
The highest CPU heavy process is Service Host: Local System.
Wtf.
What numbers could it possibly be crunching? It’s not even doing a virus scan. It’s literally idling at 30%.
I think it’s hallucinating.

@GlytchMeister Mine is similar, but I know it's due to all the security junk they have installed running in the background. It idles at about 60C. 🔥
