This is how bad I've gotten.
When I see articles these days about "How to stop doomscrolling..."
The first thing I think to myself is why are they telling me this, what don't they want me to see... What is 
attempting now...
This MFer and his minions need to all go to jail... Then maybe I become rational again...

@InvaderGzim I've been doomscrolling a lot the past few days due to living in Portland. There's a LOT of news and it all seems extremely important since it's all happening a few miles away. I had managed to break the habit and was a lot happier for awhile... 😞
