@nursefrombirth @LlamaMountainStudioArts He is banned from doing business in NY for 3 years, after listening to how that legally plays out means doing business with banks there as well. Almost all banks are in NY because of Wall Street. To appeal the ruling I believe he has to put the money fined into a trust as well. He seems to be really screwed. The rest of the family have 2 year bans on doing business in New York.
