Anyone noticed that when it's their person, they're "experienced" but if it's our person, they're "too old"?

@AskTheDevil I say this while laughing but at this point half the elected officials are hitting a too old range. I think the circus we have right now has pushed some new blood away. Can’t be like that forever, I hope.
