So John Adams severed twice as VP and one term as President. Then Nixon served twice as VP and left office in his second term of President early. So if Biden wins the election, am I wrong or would he be the first to serve twice as VP and twice as President? Did I miss anyone? Not trying to be controversial, just think it’s a neat historical note.

I think you're right. Most Vice-Presidents who became President did so by succeeding to the office and then served out the remainder of the term (Tyler, Fillmore, A. Johnson, Arthur, Ford) or at most one additional term (T. Roosevelt, Coolidge, Truman, L.B. Johnson). Those who were elected in their own right without succession were J. Adams, Jefferson, Van Buren, Nixon, G.H.W. Bush, and Biden. Adams, Van Buren, and Bush were not re-elected; Jefferson had 2 terms but only 1 as VP.
