@rpardee Sympathy. Had an ophthalmologist appointment a few weeks ago. Had to drive back like that. Sun felt like it was super nova even with sunglasses.

Got back with a monster headache. Worthless to read, watch TV, do any computer work the rest of the day.

@rpardee Is it failing memory or didn't they have drops to counteract it at one time? They weren't immediate but it didn't take the rest of the day for eyes to feel normal at least.

@S_r_stone ooh, that sounds promising, but I cannot confirm--just got the dilation drops.

But it's not too too bad for me. I can read my computer screen, so that's cool.

@rpardee I wonder if somewhere they decided the drops to counteract dilation were bad for us somehow?

I just know I haven't gotten any drops after the exam in many years. They don't even give those ugly plastic sunglasses like they did. (I guess if I asked they may have had them.)

@S_r_stone yeah, I'm just glad I remembered to bring my sunglasses with me. I expect they woul have had the flimsy insert thingy, but that thing is not awesome...
