@th3j35t3r I've spent a lot of time on shooting ranges. There are metric shit ton of really bad shooters out there who have no business with a gun in their hands, even in a controlled environment.

I was just thinking about this… I had to take a written & driving test to get my license in WA state. TX license expired right before I moved- so had to do tests. Even though I’ve been driving for decades, clean record- had to pass tests.
Why don’t we have the same restrictions on gun ownership? Why aren’t people have to go through a series of tests at state firing ranges BEFORE getting a license (should be mandatory). Just like DMV- special class licenses
