I am done with MSN.com. That they would even carry a feed from https://www.19fortyfive.com/ is beyond the pale. I need a good, unbiased, US-based news feed that also happens to be a mainstream, respected source. I'm not looking for confirmation bias. I just want to know what's happening, without speculation, and without clickbait.
Any suggestions?

@mikeharmanos In my experience, C-span commentary leans pretty hard to the right.
Unbiased? Good luck with that. I use fark.com for a lot of the stuff I read, BUT you have to be a bit careful, as there's clickbait, too, much like everywhere else now.
@SSNBubblehead I use BBC and AP News for a lot of my consumption, but I think it is also important to read everything you can, you can then winnow out the BS pretty easily.
@PoliticalEd After many years, I'm pretty adept at winnowing out the BS. Unfortunately, you and I are in a small minority of current events consumers.
