This is a big damn deal and may cause me to rethink purchasing from Amazon.

Any purchases I make from Amazon are done via Smile.Amazon.com because they donate a small portion of the purchase price to the non-profit of my choice. This is BS, Bezos

Non-profits, both large and small, depend on this income stream. Does 1% of the cost of a dozen golf balls bought by me mean that much to your bottom line, Amazon?

I can kind of understand where they're coming from tho. When they first started out, there were only a few dozen main charities, now there are hundreds. Also, since the onset of the pandemic, people couldn't spend as much, so less was being given. They aren't closing the book on helping charities, just this chapter of it.
