Whelp, I had planned on cooking a turkey roast hubby got last year tonight as my mom selfishly IMO didn't send any turkey leftovers home with me, but when I looked up how to cook it found that I had woefully under estimated how long it needs to be cooked by a factor of 3, so guess we get pizza for dinner tonight.
