#Remodel #Remodeling Update.

Nothing happened yesterday or Friday as expected. We are at the tail end of the project and down to punchlist items.

I've written all the big checks which is a relief. Importantly, after this I have none more to write for this home. Just some tweaks to do here and there.

The output/product is pretty much as I had envisioned. The cost overruns within budgetary contigencies and my satisfaction witht he GC hovering at an overall B--MInus, due to scheduling delays.
