So, what has been most appropriate for my insomnia has been TylenolPM. It's active ingredient is an anti-histamine (diphenhydramine hydrochloride).

So, I sleep heavy from 9-2, and then the rest of the morning is my body reacting allergically, keeping me awake.

BUT, I believe now this late round of insomnia has been killing my weights discipline. This morning, I test.
