I was reading up on how much removing so much Venetian plaster would cost me and I think I break even. From Architectural Digest.
"The material, which has been used to finish walls since ancient times, made its first comeback with the unfortunate "Tuscan" decorating movement of the ’90s that we're all still trying to forget." 😂
My office (I had it done) and about to be new halfway, and the great hall still have it. BUT the master bath will be fairly modernized out it.
The new master bath is bright and white and yes, ugh...gray.
The detail patterns of the shower and floor draw the eyes away from the ceiling which could not be raised any higher.
The sauna room is/ looks larger and could even accommodate a cold plunge tub. 🤔
