So now the three workers vehicles in front of our house are working on our house for a change.
The banging and sawing have been replaced by what sounds like finer work. I think this is the day we see a LOT of change.
I know our neighbors must now be wondering, "how soon before they list?"

Maybe. I usually think, "Oh, nice! They're getting some work done!"
Or if the house just sold, and a whole crew shows up, "Oh, boy. They're gonna boost the price 50 to 100 k and flip it."
