I am having an incredible first year with my new company. My anniversary is coming up.

I was praised by a Director this week for my work on a huge technical problem during a huge technical meeting. No doubt my successes have already bubbled up to the CxO.

I've gotten cash bonuses both annual and performance. And my brand is well established--as built.

I don't want a promotion. I'm always good with mo' money. I just am building value to survive a few down sizings. 😂
