We were on the fireworks dinner cruise.
The dance floor was an ice cube because the DJ couldn't turn down the bright lights for the buffet.
"I'll keep working on it." He replied.
"Thanks," I said. "Can you play 'Yeah' though maybe to get the dance floor going?"
And yeah, when it got mixed in my wife and I were on the dance floor, melting the ice cube. Then another couple joined us and then another and the rest including an old old asian couple.

All eyes were on me as I tried my best to slide in gripping athletic shoes.
I tried to pop a move but may have only popped my back. Still, I lit some in the crowd with some west coast rep'in Tupac 'California'.
"I saw you out there!" a new friend said, imitating dance moves.
"I'm 58, how did I do?" I asked with a beggar's smile.
"You looked like you were having a good time."
"That's the same as saying I'm 'special'," I shot back. 😂
The night has gone downhill from there.
