This is good news. The house is being gutted to no doubt be remodeled to contemporary standards.
This requires owning your crew...otherwise we might have tried.
Still the investor will add value to the real selling price and that should reflect in value for our own too.
The rest of the neighborhood remodels are taking shape. Whole home stuff. I'm looking forward to the results and ever escalating home values. 🤑
