We just had five transformers on our street blow one right after the other. Power is out. Internet is out. My posting ability will be severely limited.
@Tee_Lynn The good news is it's far easier and quicker to replace a transformer than snapped power pole.
@Ruthat that's one thing positive I have to say about living in the small town like this -- the power was out for about 20 minutes. They were on it like cockroaches on sugar. They did this with Debby as well - taking care of my nerve problems right away so if anything bigger happens it's not piled on top of what's already existing.
