Ever since I quit my adhd and anxiety meds my interest in reading has been returning full steam.
now I just need my brain to normalize again because i'm back to my old adhd habits where I have to read paragraphs over and over and over again sometimes. damn eyes and mind wander so quickly sometimes.
oh that's a cool word I haven't seen in a while. better go look up everything about it...no damnit now I forgot what I just read. fml 🤣
@Ruthat I listen to a ton of audiobooks and never stopped doing that when I wasn't reading.
I love the process of reading with my own eyes but a lot of other times a good audio book is perfect!
