I was fine on my four mile walk this morning, until I stopped by the store to buy some soap on the way home. Just that change in pace from purposeful stride, to ...uh...whatever you'd describe searching the shelves...an amble maybe? Anyway, just that change in stride was enough to send pain shooting up my back and down my hip.

Fuck, I'm sore now. And I have blisters on the sole of my feet again.
