A Vermont (Repugnican) state representative spent MONTHS surreptitiously pouring water into a colleague's bag.

Having finally gotten caught at it, she seems to now be claiming that she was in the grips of some sort of possession or something, and has no idea or explanation for why she'd EVER do such a thing, much less repeatedly do it, over and over.

This is typical, and completely childish.

What's WRONG with these people? They're all cases of arrested development.
