@MgBarbatos Not 32 pages of questions so an interviewer can so you match so well with the team.
@Ruthat Yea, I half believe its not always the recruiters choice for long application process's. Most of the time they're just using a companies ATS and thats how the company has it set up.
What annoys me is when I have to answer pages of questions + my information that is already ON my resume. Why even ask for my resume in the first place then lol. 🤷♂️
