@Rubicksqoob begrudgingly, I will go. I know it’s good for me to be able to talk to someone outside my tiny circle. I like that my therapist just lets me talk, without directing the conversation.

@StonedElf I had one like that! The guy was really awesome, but as I'm going on about the pretty bad things en masse, all he could do is take great notes and shake his head sadly.
@Rubicksqoob I worry some of my “venting” might be a little bit much for my therapist. I didn’t realize all the trauma I’ve endured until I started seeing her.
I know she wants to start EMDR therapy with me, but until my meds stabilized, she doesn’t want to add to the trauma.
But boy oh boy I have no trouble filling an hour talking to her!
