Met Jacinda Ardern (PM of New Zealand) today, while having coffee with a close colleague. We chatted for several minutes, and she was quite engaging and engaged in our conversation.
I’m a supporter of how she’s handled some difficult issues, and let her know. But it left me wishing more people, who are content to throw crap from behind their screens, would be able to have a similar face-to-face discussion about their differences. If they could, maybe we could all get more good stuff done.
It's little wonder she's stepping down. Don't know many that would hang in that long, while doing the right thing.
