@ChristopherNoyesRoberts Musk's Mars lunacy makes a lot more sense after seeing him try to run Twitter.
Clearly his ultimate need is to replace society altogether with a new version designed and absolutely controlled by himself. Hence the "new world on Mars under ME!!!" thing.
