Felon Musky has taken away light mode from the Bird site users.

Dark mode is bad for your eyes.

Humans have adapted for thousands of years to reading dark writing on light background. I'm not going to ruin my eyesight for a billionaire. Although this latest dark mode only shenanigan was likely designed to drive users away, it's going to work.

I'm interested, but really the main point is if both were available there's no good reason to take away one option from users.

Everything I've seen points to light mode being better for some, while dark mode is better for others.
