Billionaires have fired the 1st 3 shots:
1) Elon Musk, with help from billionaires like Mark Andreesen (who put up $400 million toward the purchase), buys Twitter and threatens to "sink" it.
2) Noam Bardin, again with help/$ from Andreessen, creates Post.News, while Musk buys time by delaying the purchase of Twitter.
3) Post.News begins luring independent but respected journalists with promise of $ from micropayment scheme.
War has begun.
