Twitter was a valuable outlet for governments to issue health advisories, instructions in disasters and fires, and much more.
It was a place for companies to see and respond to questions and complaints about their products and services. I've had a few things resolved via Twitter.
since we are everyone and everything: From experienced in every profession and field to long time residents who know the most about local cultures and stories, to fact checkers who can clear up a fake claim or photo within minutes.
Twitter allowed that in a fast moving, searchable, curatable feed with Trending news items and links to a wide variety of reputable and not so reliable news sources: IE MULTIPLE news sources.
So tell it like it IS, not like you decided it is.
We'd appreciate it.
