We always keep a good amount of rice, oats, beans, lentils, peas, and 10 gallons of H2O on hand. In Texas, the grid could go down any time. The billionaires captured this state a long time ago.

Generator. We froze in 2021, so I have had a good generator ever since. I run it every other month or so to keep it in shape. It takes propane and gas. I've had to use it once since then. You can store the propane a long time, and I put Stabil in the gas I keep on hand.
