the dark beer
i encountered last night
and very much enjoyed
its flavor was called
elysian brewing
dragonstooth stout
a rich and flavorful outmeal stout
but mostly i thought
you would appreciate the name

washington state
in the seattle area
we seem flush
with a lot of breweries
not shy to put hearty flavor
in their beer

one note about
travel timing here
many of the scenic passes
are closed in the winter
check the wa dot
to know when they
have opened them
for the summer
and know they will close again
around the end of oct
