A character from a book by Kurt Vonnegut who had the ability to jump forwards ands backwards in time at will. I think his name was Kilgor Trout, if I remember correctly

@Vonzales @Rickbflony Yep. Trout Wasn't as much a time traveler, as he showed up in some books with totally different backstories, other than the fact that he was CONSISTANTLY a failed Sci-Fi writer.
