Speaking of "domestic supply of infants," SCOTUS hear a challenge to law on adopting Native American children.

The Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 gives preference to adoption solutions that would keep Native children within the tribal community.

This case is critical to Indigenous Nations. This is not the court that you want to decide on standards for ICWA.
