Funny story: went to gym Saturday morning(6:30). But when I arrived my trainer wasn’t there yet(he opens gym) so I decided since I couldn’t do my reg 30min cardio on treadmill, I decided I’d walk the neighborhood (over bridge and back) and that would kill my 30 min and he will be at gym by 7 for my session.
So I went upstairs and he was working out with his 6:30am client and another trainers client was there. So I come in all hyped from walking
So this morning I was supposed to work out with him and he forgot to tell me he was cancelling so I decided to walk till I heard from him. Just got back and already walked 10K steps before 8:30amET
