An hour drive to get an MRI of my knee and fully expect to be told "there's nothing wrong with your knee". 😳
Welp, they found plenty wrong. 😳
1. Meniscal pathology including: Horizontal tear of the medial
meniscus, probable horizontal tear of the lateral meniscus.
2. Focal moderate chondromalacia in the medial compartment.
3. Ruptured Baker cyst.
4. Anatomy associated with patellar maltracking.
If they say I can't walk on it, I will be really pi**ed off. I won't get too excited until I talk with the doctor. 🤷♂️
I don't think this knee is going to get any better on its own. It's 2 weeks before I can get to see the surgeon. I think I'm in it for the long run. Hopefully I can walk somewhat normal by next summer. 🤞
