Morning CoSo….so today I’m going to be baking several batches of cookies. First batch is white chocolate macadamia nut, followed by raspberry white chocolate cheesecake cookies. And ending with, you guessed it, my pan banging chocolate chip cookies.

I need to keep busy as my thoughts are jumping all over inside my head lol. So I need to destress and baking is my happy place.
