I do not get any sort of fish with any type of cheese. They just do not go together.
@Patti1120 salmon and cream cheese? Lobster or crab mac n cheese? Guess fish and cheese are the exception not the rule. Had to think about this a bit. 😃
@fuse lobster Mac n cheese is no bueno lol. I think fish deserves to be grilled or steamed not smothered in cheese. Haha I have so many haters enraged right now hahaha

I am a pretty accomplished home cook, and I would say some grated parmasan on salmon, or feta on white fish is fine
