Managed to bust a toe in a driving class today, if you’re wondering how lame I am. (double meaning absolutely intended). Ok, it wasn’t the class per se, it was leaving me alone with an obstacle course. I can still get over a damn wall, though! I just need to remember what shoes I’m wearing.

It’s just a hairline crack, I’m sure. Swelling replaced by bruising already.

@Patrixmyth

1) Stay off it (for real!)
2) Ice it (on for 20 min./off for 20 min. for the next 24 hours, unless sleeping.)
3) NSAIDS (ibuprofen) as an anti-inflammatory
4) Elevate
5) After 24 hrs. the swelling should be greatly reduces. That's when you start to use heat on it, to bring healing blood to the area.
6) The day that it starts to feel normal, wait one more day before gong back to normal activities.
7) You should be G2Gater that!

@TheEyeOfBalor thanks. I iced about 6 hours, and put it in a boot to do a thing. It’s mild. I’ve had a lot of these.
