Good morning! I’ve already put my Christmas 🎄 up inside and lights outside. I know many others in my family who have as well. There is a need for goodwill and cheer.

Right now I’m watching Miss Scarlett and the Duke, 2 seasons TV series, Canadian. Good I haven’t used cable for a few years. I worried about getting my husband off cable addiction, and we have worked through it. I do have Netflix and Amazon. Anything else I’ve worked around. I’m 75 this past August. If I can do it, so can you.

So I have had an unusual bout with poison ivy which does grow abundantly on my property. It never bothered me before (30 years here) I weeded a small garden and the next day was severely affected. 6 days steroids, $ 200.00 cream. Still not gone. I’m a little concerned. But I never really pay attention to this kind of inconvenience.

So, I’m renovating my bathroom, going from tub to shower because my husband and I are old. I have been canning in between, tomato sauce, veggie juice, zucchini bread, seasoned zucchini breaded, fried and frozen, carrots cooked and frozen, walnut and butter, honey and brown sugar, 3 dozen corn shucked and stripped from cob and frozen, stuffed peppers frozen, potatoes, onion, peppers frozen, and some other stuff I make. Almost done till apple season.

So I stopped in to say “hi” and see what’s going on. I saw flowers, a dog laying on ice, a photo of tropical mother bird feeding her nestlings, and some posts that speak about things I don’t fully understand. It’s like being in a “new” country that you only speak a few essential words, but you will try to live there anyway.

I stand with Ukraine, I have vaped and it saved my life, my granddaughter will be over in the morning and I haven’t slept enough, gas prices coming down, go Kansas & dems.

From all those who complained about high gas prices, yet had no problem lining up at the fireworks tent to spend hundreds on “money” you blew up in one night, I call bullpucky! Domestic animals, birds, and nature of all manner see you but can’t hear you over the booms. smh. Ready for round 2 tonight, then over the next 3 weekends with an occasional weekday, because you can. Murica Indi Day. 💥

Good Morning. Gardening has taken much of my time lately. When I say “gardening” I mean yard, vegetables, nature, tree planting, birds and deer. I feed them all and have dug white pine babies and potted to boost for a couple weeks until transplant. I’m a nature freak and that has saved my mind such as it is.
