I have a hunch that Giuliani, a "bulldog prosecutor" before he became *cough* "America's mayor" and then Trump's lapdog, has realized the game is over and is now deciding to salvage what he can of his reputation by becoming John Dean to #Trump's Nixon.
This late in life, he may not even be doing it for himself, but for his son, who has political aspirations (and lost the 2022 GOP primary for NY governor by an embarrassing margin).
@PapaPeugeot Well, a more cynical interpretation would be that he just can't resist public attention, and at this point, cooperating with Jack Smith's investigation would be the best way for him to get it. #politics
